My name is Agnieszka. For nearly 30 years, I’ve been working as a clinical psychologist and psychotherapist. I support adults in understanding themselves more deeply, and in finding meaning, calm, and a sense of belonging — the kind that offers grounding and the freedom to be who you truly are.
I’ve always felt things deeply — people, emotions, what lies beneath the surface. My own experiences of loss, change, and starting over have taught me that sensitivity is not weakness — it’s a strength that brings us closer and helps us heal.
I work in Abu Dhabi with people from many cultures and corners of the world. No matter where we come from, we are united by one thing: the need to be seen, heard, and accepted for who we are.
Out of all of this, I created my own approach — Belonging Focus Therapy — which integrates psychology, the body, relationships, and meaning. It helps us understand the wounds of rejection and rebuild what matters most: the feeling that we belong. That we have a place. That we can be ourselves.
If this resonates with you — you’re welcome here.
Sometimes one step is enough to begin the journey back to yourself.

A space where science meets intuition, reflection leads to action, and true transformation becomes possible.
The Mannaz symbol – a mark of human connection, identity, and inner growth – reminds us that transformation is not a solitary journey.
We grow through relationships, through awareness, and through choice.
I believe the soul is not an abstraction — but encoded information within us, carrying reminders of wounds, bonds, desires, the body’s memory, and the innate potential for healing. For years, I have studied how our reactions, heart rhythms, relationships, and symptoms carry stories that long to be understood and healed.
At Mannaz Mind, we integrate psychology with neurobiology, psychophysiology, bodywork, and inner narrative.
We work with the latest research on rejection, belonging, HRV, and relational trauma – yet always with reverence for what is unseen but profoundly true.
This is a space where you can return to yourself.
To understand what lives within you.
And choose a new way of being.
Great! Im excited to hear from you and let’s start something special togerter. call us for any inquery.
